This 4-week course is for the person eager to change from a smoker to a non-smoker. The first session will be the actual quitting process with hypnosis. The additional seven sessions will be for continuing your journey, stress management and maintaining your new lifestyle as a non-smoker. This is an interactive ONLINE group workshop. Group limited to 15 participants.
